Cheryl Davies 

Cheryl Davies is a Registered Physiotherapist who graduated in 1994 from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy.  Prior to that Cheryl obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the University ogf Guelph in 1991.   Cheryl has varied experience in Orthopaedics working in the Hospital and Private clinic settings with workplace injuries, sports injuries and motor vehicle accidents.  Cheryl has extensive post graduate training on the treatment of muscle, joint, ligaments and nerve injuries.

Cheryl is Credentialled in the McKenzie system for assessment and treatment of neck and back injuries.  After completing various post graduate orthopaedic and manual therapy courses and examinations, Cheryl became a Resident of the Canadian Academy of Manual Physical Therapists (RCAMPT) in 2002.  Cheryl is a co-owner of Brooklin Village Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic.

Rick Fryzuk            

Rick Fryzuk is a Registered Physiotherapist who graduated in 1994 from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy.  I was able to gain extensive experience in Orthopaedics working in several different physiotherapy clinics prior to opening Brooklin Village Physiotherapy in 1999.  

Over the years I have continued to put a strong emphasis on my post graduate education finishing the former EV Series of courses and then completed the Advanced Spinal Manipulative Therapy Specialization Program with Wendy Aspinall in Scarborough in 1998. I also completed the McKenzie A though D courses and in 1999 successfully challenged the McKenzie Credentialing examination. I continued to take Orthopaedic and Sports therapy based courses and received my Part A’s in 2002 then continuing on through the orthopaedic system I passed my Part B’s in 2005 becoming a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manual Physical Therapists (FCAMPT).  I also have extensive experience in the treatment of sport's injuries coming from my time as the Chief Physiotherapist for the Ontario Provincial Women's Field Lacrosse Team, working with the Brooklin Redmen Lacrosse team and treating numerous high level athletes through the clinic.  I have worked extensively over the years with athletes from various sports included hockey, figure skating, lacrosse, soccer, rugby and baseball to name a few.

Most recently, I returned to University to further my education and have successfully completed my Master's degree in Manipulative Physiotherapy [MClSc (Manip. Ther.)] from the University of Western Ontario in 2011.

My hobbies include mountain biking, road cycling, canoeing, kayaking and playing hockey.

Alison Miller         

Alison Miller is a Registered Physiotherapist who graduated with a Bachelor of Health Sciences of Physiotherapy from McMaster University.  Her undergraduate degree was in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo, providing her with an extensive knowledge of biomechanics, anatomy and healing and recovery from injury.

Alison has achieved certification with the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute and advances her clinical skills through continued education in manual therapy.  Specifically, she is progressing through the level system of the Orthopaedic Divivion for manual therapy certificationas well as the Mulligan Concept.  She is also completing the McKenzie method of mechanical diagnosis and therapy working towards the credentialling examination.

Alison spent the first part of her career working in downtown Toronto at St. Michael's Hospital.  Shew was also involved in teaching physiotherapy students at the Department of Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto.  ALison recently escaped the big city for a quieter way of life and has joined the staff at Brooklin Village Physiotherapy.

Rob Woskosky

Rob grew up in North Delta, British Columbia where he played hockey and softball and did mountain biking.  He completed a Bachelor's and Masters Degree in Kinesiology at Simon Fraser University prior to graduating from the Physiotherapy program at McMaster University in 2001.  Rob has been an active, manual therapy based physiotherapist living in the area since 2001.  Congratulations to Rob for completing his Advanced Manual Therapy Exams in 2010 to qualify as a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manual Physical Therapists (FCAMPT).

Rob has professional interests in cervicogenic dizziness and headaches as well as concussions.  Rob also has interests in scientific research and evidence based physiotherapy, as well as dynamic systems thoery and consciousness.  In his spare time, Rob enjoys playing guitar and doing home improvements with any newly acquired power tools.
